This class is designed for our youngest competitors. Athletes will develop fine and gross motor skills through fun, age appropriate speed and agility drills and games.
Sixty action-packed minutes of movement for athletes in grades K-6. Athletes will be led through organized play that will focus on building balance, coordination, and motor development while getting a healthy dose of socially distanced interaction with peers. Tuesday/Thursday 3:30 pm- 4:30 pm.
(All classes will be held outdoors at a local park.)
An all-inclusive training program for athletes of all abilities who are looking to improve their speed, strength, agility, and conditioning. Athletes will focus on sport-specific power and explosive training. Mon/Wed 7pm, Tues/Thurs 6pm, Saturday 10am.
Youth Athletic Conditioning for athletes in junior high and high school is held indoors and outdoors at the SLIM Fitness studio.
A sports specific training program focusing on speed and agility and explosive power and strength. Monday 5 and 6 pm, Wednesday 5 pm, Friday 5pm.
Speed & Agility is held indoors and outdoors at the SLIM Fitness studio.
Private sessions for teams ages 5-19 years of age focusing on various sports development that is age and sport appropriate want to build team work and unity along with strength and conditioning.
