From the beginning
In 2018 Coach Tiffany and Coach Stacy came together after finding that their combined passion for youth athletes and their love for the community was too much of a coincidence. From there they began to embark on the journey of bringing Tri City Sports Performance to the Tri-City area.
Tri City Sports Performance is devoted to supporting individuals of all levels who wish to improve their quality of life through fitness and nutrition. From the young athlete who is just starting out, to the determined athlete that has their sight set on level Division I competition and beyond-Coach Tiffany and Tri City Sports are here to help attain those goals.

Coach TiffCoach Tiffany Allen-Vargas is the head of Strength and Conditioning at Tri City Sports Performance. She has been coaching youth athletes in the Bay Area for the past 15 years. Her specialty is training athletes on foundational strength, conditioning and injury prevention.
As a Level 1 CrossFit instructor with a background in Olympic weightlifting, Coach Tiffany is able to teach athletes foundational lifts and movements that are vital for their athletic growth and development. Each program is designed specifically for the athletes' focus. whether it is one-on-one training or PE in the park, the training Tiffany creates are impactful, meaningful and emphasize both physical and mental growth. |
COACH Stacy Stacy Lim is Founder and Owner of SLIM Fitness. As an ACE Certified personal trainer of 14 years, her true passion is bringing the community together through fitness, for all ages.
As an NCAA Division I Pole Vaulter, Stacy has experienced the true dedication, leadership skills, and determination it requires for young athletes to achieve their goals. With a specialty in functional fitness and post-rehabilitation exercise, Stacy guides youth athletes on the functional aspects of fitness and body awareness that can help accel them to the next level. Stacy creates workouts that are specialized, sport specific, individualized, and specifically focused on the athletes goals or rehabilitative needs. |
One Community
Tri City Sports operates inside SLIM Fitness studio. Tri City Sports Performance and SLIM Fitness work together to bring fitness to the entire family. Tri City Sports Performance specializes in youth sports conditioning and SLIM Fitness specializes in fitness for the rest of the family offering, group fitness classes, personal training, senior fitness classes and wellness services. Our teams work seamlessly together to create customized and realistic fitness plans for the whole family.
